Harvesting the last of it

I chopped up peppers and put them in the dehydrator for Kiwi to enjoy this winter.

So Pretty!

now it's Frozen Celery

Garden is cut down. Soon it will be plowed and the garlic will go in.

I harvested a ton of green tomatoes, peppers & the last of my green beans this week-end. If the weather is nice, I'm going to clear the garden out tomorrow and till a patch for garlic next week-end. What kind of garlic do you plant?
