I think my daughter loves Christmas even more than I do. She's been reading the Gingerbread stories for the past few months. She gets them from the library at school. 
On Sunday she wanted to make gingerbread cookies. I still had molasses left over from Halloween so they got busy baking while I stayed on the couch to relax and heal. And Tyler says the recipe is delicious. They rolled them extra thick so they'd be a little chewy. Add a little frosting and sprinkles and it was gingerbread cookie success!
